About Us
What do we believe?
Our congregation has no creed or constitution besides the Bible. We are united by our shared conviction on some essential truths.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (Matthew 16:16) and Savior of the world (1 John 4:14-15).
We believe that all people have sinned (Romans 3:23) and need a Savior.
We believe that the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23).
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16). Our congregation is governed by no other creeds or constitutions outside of the Bible.
We believe that Christ alone is the head of the church (Ephesians 1:22), being built on the inspired teachings of Christ with his apostles and prophets (Ephesians 2:19-22). Our congregation has no other government outside of Christ and the local leadership.
We believe that salvation is the free gift of God made possible by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Romans 5:18).
We believe that salvation can be received by anyone who believes and is baptized into Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins (Mark 16:16, Acts 2:37-38, Galatians 3:27, Ephesians 2:8, Colossians 2:11-12).
We believe that the church should carefully follow the apostles' doctrine and fellowship (Acts 2:42) and keep the inspired traditions of the apostles (1 Corinthians 11:2).

What to expect when you attend?
Our assembly follows the pattern established by the apostles among the first century churches. You will find it simple, biblical, and encouraging. After some announcements and an opening prayer, the men of the congregation lead the whole church in congregational singing, the Lord's table, and an exhortation. Our singing is acapella (Ephesians 5:19). Our teaching is based on the Bible alone (2 Timothy 3:16). Our fellowship is joyful, but also edifying and orderly (1 Corinthians 14:26, 40).
